Privacy policy
What the enquiry form collects, why it is collected, and what happens to it afterwards.
What is collected
The enquiry form collects a name, company, email address, phone number, site address and suburb, and the project details entered into the form, including any files attached. It also records the page the form was submitted from, the referring website, any campaign parameters in the link, the submission time and the device type.
Why it is collected
To respond to the enquiry, to price the work, and to understand which pages and campaigns produce enquiries. Confirm whether enquiry details are used for any follow up marketing, and if so, how consent is obtained.
Where it is stored
The enquiry form is provided by HubSpot, and submissions are stored in HubSpot's systems. The website itself is served by Cloudflare and holds no enquiry data. Confirm the email provider, and confirm with HubSpot which region the data is held in and whether it leaves Australia.
Cookies and measurement
The HubSpot form sets cookies in order to work and to attribute an enquiry to the page and campaign it came from. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies, and the form will still submit if you do. Confirm whether any analytics or advertising tags are installed at launch, and list them here if they are.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, so anything entered into the form is encrypted in transit. Confirm who has access to the enquiry inbox and the CRM, and whether accounts use multi factor authentication.
Who it is shared with
Confirm whether enquiry details are shared with engineers, suppliers or subcontractors when quoting, and on what basis.
How long it is kept
Confirm the retention period for enquiries that do not convert.
Access, correction and deletion
Anyone can ask what is held about them, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Confirm the contact address for these requests, and the response timeframe.
Making a complaint
If you think your information has been handled badly, raise it with us first using the contact details below and we will respond. If you are not satisfied with how it is resolved, you can take the complaint to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au, which is the body that oversees privacy in Australia.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page and the date below is updated. Set the effective date on the day the site goes live.
